2. Do you ship internationally?

Yes! We primarily ship to Guatemala, but if you need items shipped elsewhere, contact us at akstoregt@gmail.com and we’ll do our best to assist.


3. How long does shipping take?

Shipping times vary depending on the order and location. On average, once your order is shipped, it takes 7–14 business days to arrive in Guatemala.


4. Do you offer refunds or returns?

No. All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns. Once your package is shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping company. Please double-check all details before purchasing.

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number via email or WhatsApp so you can follow your package's journey.
